Moving to the West Coast long ago I still remember the first time I heard the call of an eagle. Breathlessly I spotted one high above the trees. I have never taken for granted the beauty of this majestic creature. Today they still take my breath away. To me the eagle signifies strength, beauty and resilience. Not so long ago this beautiful bird of prey was an endangered species. Today this creature has endured and come back through their own storm and soared.
