About the Artwork
I don't know where my images come from but a friend saw this painting and sent me the poem Hieroglyphic Stairway by Drew Dellinger. (https://hellopoetry.com/poem/1336778/hieroglyphic-stairway-by-drew-dellinger/). I read it for the first time with "After The Flood" standing in front of me with a feeling of eerie astonishment.
