About the Artwork
Storied Reflections was inspired by photographs the artist took in the town of Sarlat-la-Caneda in the Dordogne region of France. Wooden puppets hang outside a shop window; the window reflects buildings from across the square and offers glimpses of the interior of the shop. Painted on watercolour paper and mounted on cradled wood panel and varnished.
