This painting is build up with a lot of layers and texture representing the build up of tension that happens in urban centres. Tension within the inhabitants as well as between them, trying to cope with the constant stimulation. And then there is the tension with the natural systems within which the city exists. Nature supporting, suffering from, collapsing and sometimes re claiming control over a space with force.
