About the Artwork

In "L'arbre et son pêché," a transcendent vision, inviting audiences into a realm where the mundane and the mystical intertwine. The artwork, crafted with the ancient technique of encaustic on paper and enriched by the presence of old found objects, captures a space where time seems suspended. A rust-hued border frames the piece, reminiscent of earth's primordial whispers.
Above this vibrant tableau, a celestial motif emerges—a circle that cradles a pulsating red semi precious stone. This element, exists in a vibrant dance with an expanse of vivid blue splatters, conjuring images of hidden skies.
