ARTWORK STATEMENT:
This painting explores perception and reflection through the quiet depth of a lake. Lily pads drift on the surface while the mirrored trees reach downward, each image questioning the other’s reality.
Through layers of textured strokes and the contrast of warm and cool hues, surface and depth intertwine. The water becomes a threshold where form and illusion merge into one continuous vision.
It asks — what is seen, and what is imagined? Perhaps the true subject is not in the canvas but in the act of seeing itself. Between reflection and awareness, the viewer becomes part of the painting.

"In nature's grace, the universe's energy finds its purest expression. I, the silent witness, translate nature's sacred gifts onto canvas.
We meet here-not as painter and viewer, but as two whispers share existence."
