About the Artwork

'This is not a piece of fabric' series is inspired by my childhood memories of my father's handkerchief. I attempted to re-create the fabric-like materials through painting, and many people mistook it for a fabric print or image. The fabric's softness and delicate lines signify my father's love and gentleness, as well as their impact on my life as a stable foundation.
