Exploring the essence of village folly through my collage, I weave together fragments of a bygone era. Nostalgic images and forgotten patterns intertwine, reflecting the whimsical nature of the past. This composition celebrates the joyous absurdities of yesteryears, inviting viewers to relish in the playful tapestry of history.

Outside the corporate commercial work, Maravilla works part-time as a painter. In his expansive career as a multi-faceted artist bringing to life a diverse range of styles, subjects, and themes, his works have been displayed in many venues and public spaces, such as YVR, New York, etc.
"My artwork revolves around the social nature and the surrounding landscapes of British
Columbia. I want to articulate and share my wonderment through my personal
documentation of my newfound home. Surrealism and expressionism are two common
and juxtaposing styles that resonate in my art."
