About the Artwork
I love birds. They seem fragile but are tough feathered creatures. These 2 mourning doves were huddled together in the sun in the midst of winter. The soft greyish brown colour of their bodies against the white melting snow on the branches, influenced me to try and capture that with pencil. This could become a future painting!
