Jaya Perrier is an Indian artist who works primarily in oils. In her works, she seeks to capture the nuances of light and explore its relationship with color. She enjoys painting in-studio and en plein air in a style influenced by the Impressionists.

Her early artistic guidance comes from her mother, a mixed media artist. She equipped Jaya with the necessary fundamentals at a young age. With self-directed training and workshops with well-known artists, Jaya decided to pursue painting seriously in 2016.

Jaya held her first solo exhibition in 2018 and her works have been displayed in various art galleries in Bermuda. She is an actuary by training and has worked with multinational companies in the US and Bermuda.
