I used light pastel colours and simple shapes to try to create a sense of stillness and serenity. Someone who saw the painting said it gave them a feeling of calm and a space to breathe. I had intended to title it "Letting the Light in" but after this comment changed it to "Just Breathe"which is what we all need in these troubled times.
