About the Artwork
In 1984 I had many of exhibitions throughout the lower mainland, from Whistler to Vancouver, White Rock, Surrey and Langley. The series I was working on were acrylic paintings on canvas that I quilted for effect. One of them, Old Woman Feeding a Bird as seen here, won a prize at a competition at Surrey Art Gallery.
